The PE trade fair is organised over two days. The preparation, assembly and set-up phase will take place on the first day of the fair from 8.00 AM.
The main issue of the trade fair is furthermore... the trade! This means: doing business and making deals. To do so, a good planning with original ideas is necessary. Give the best of yourself!

Closure of the trade fair. Stand dismantling and cleaning. No dismantling work on the stands will be tolerated before the trade fair closes. Stands must be cleaned and inspected by the exhibitor's management. Any soiling or damage will be documented by the exhibition management and charged to the person responsible.

If you are interested in participating in our trade fair, the signed trade fair regulations must be sent to Helvartis headquarters. You will find the relevant copy in the Information and documents section.
Publication on the exhibitor list is deemed to be confirmation of the reservation. This is only the case once a signed copy of the regulations has been sent to Helvartis headquarters. In the event of a double booking, our registration system will immediately advise you to make a different choice.
To ensure that deadlines are met correctly, we strongly recommend that you use the checklist in the Information and documents section of this page.
The registration forms are exclusively accepted in electronic format. Fax and posts sendings are considered as not valid.
