A network for vocational training

Helvartis is a non-profit organization located in La Chaux-de-Fonds (NE), Switzerland. We are the headquarters of Practice Enterprises (PE) in Switzerland and we were founded in 1994 by the Société des employés de commerce in collaboration with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). Our primary mission is training engineering. We have “turnkey” concepts and also create tailor-made training – based on the “learning by doing” methodology – in line with the current needs of the business world.

Quality standard at 50 PEs

Our main mission is to provide all the necessary tools to open and run a PE in Switzerland. We act as their bank, insurance, transport. Each year, we carry out audits to ensure that the network's quality standards are met.

More than 4,500 people trained each year

We train PE Coaches who provide training and support to the Trainees. We organize events and seminars several times a year to ensure that the tools and learning methods are always in line with the job market.

Over 30 years of experience in “learning by doing”

Our core business is to create learning programs for trades in the commercial branch through practice using real business simulators.

Online and in-person training center

Since 2021, we have been an online and in-person training center. Our courses are practice-oriented and open to everyone.
